Nicole and Harlow Brave the Rain in Hats and Boots
Harlow Madden was looking cozy in her pink pom-pom hat as she and Nicole Richie went for a drive in LA earlier today. Nicole spent last night out toasting her friends Jenni Kayne and Andy Lecompte, and this afternoon she was understandably taking it easy in her Hunter boots and hooded sweatshirt. She seems to enjoy an adults-only evening every once in a while, but there's no one she'd rather spend the day with than Harlow.
