Paris Hilton gave a wave earlier today when she arrived at Tokyo's Narita Airport. Despite just getting off a long flight, she was clad in sky-high pink heels for her walk to the car. The fancy footwear might not have just been for her fans — she made the trip with her new guy Doug Reinhardt. They've apparently been meeting up for late night hangouts over the last few weeks, making those recent run-ins with her ex Stavros seem pretty platonic.
