I think she looks good...this is her thing, trying too hard but not as hard as someone like Lady Caca...or Beyonce...she hasn't lost the "cute" so it works for her...in five yrs, not so sure it will....

First impression - this is one awful, trashy, almost ridiculous look. She's trying to hard, and lost her natural charm, which she surely has! She's pretty, cute, young girl, but surely not in this picture...
