My sister is having her 4th chemo treatment as we speak and she's battling a cold at the same time. The oncologist pointed out that she may likely end up in the hospital for her cold simply to prevent it from turning into pneumonia or worse. Then my sister let slip that she knows Patrick and her oncologist says "Tell him to STOP WITH THE SMOKING. "

i knew it. when tom's dad said he didn't know anything about it so they weren't engaged, i thought "oopsie! tell family first". i'm sure they were before and it was just a respect thing.
