What Do You Think About Seeing Zach Braff Smoking — Funny or Lame?

Zach Braff is the latest celebrity to be spotted with what looks like a certain illegal substance rolled into a joint in his hand. The Scrubs actor was relaxing with SI Swimsuit Issue model Esti Ginsburg at a party at the Greenhouse in NYC last night. While Braff's behavior is not as in your face as Michael Phelps and his infamous bong photo, smoking pot (if that's what he is doing) is still illegal. So tell us, what do you think about seeing photos of Zach Braff lighting up — funny or lame?

joint or two every week is no more harmful to health then a few beers a week and unless someone proves me otherwise im stickin' by it. I'm yet to hear one item that proves cannabis is any more dangerous then the legal drugs we have on the market here today.

Thank you Tamma1387...but I'm a guy haha....i just wanted to say one more thing....so i was watching the history channel yesterday about why pot was made illegal...this is not the reason but its a story on why the views on marijuana were the way they were....there was a teenage boy who was high and he killed his mom...police instantly blamed the murder on the account the boy was high and went violently crazy...later on, it was found that the teenager was skitzofranic...which is probably why he murdered his mom....after this the idea that if you smoked marijuana you would go absolutely nuts and become very violent spread through America pretty quickly...once again...watch Reefer Madness, youll see....but then the Laguardian Committee Report came out....go look that up, its actually quite interesting yet no one seems to know about it.

Ok Sugerloaf, I just have to say it... Almost all of the situations you mentioned about people being ruined by pot are not actually BECAUSE of pot, they're because of the LAWS against pot. Seriously. Mexico would not be in the state it's in if it weren't for pot prohibition, we wouldn't have nearly as many drug fights in American cities and our prisons would be much less empty. As for the parent/carer that gets stoned and is irresponsible, you make it sound like only people who get stoned while caring are irresponsible; what about the alcoholic parent who beats the hell out of their kids or says 'Let's go for a drive after Daddy finishes his six pack.' Those people are just as bad, and that happens much more frequently IMHO. In my family, my bros who toke are just as responsible (if not more) than those who drink. My bros who toke would never dream of doing it in front of their kids, yet at nearly every family gathering we have it's ok to crack open a few beers or take a couple of shots (rare, but it still happens occasionally). You can't say that pot is good for nothing. I don't need anti-depressants that make me Stepford-wife like and I no longer need sleeping pills or to drink myself to sleep. I still manage to hold a regular 8-5 job, a side job, dance with two different groups and have plenty of time for my husband. My dad smokes to help his chronic back pain so he's not all doped up on morphine derivative pain drugs that are extremely addicting. Yeah, it's not for everyone, some people will have adverse affects, as with ANY drug, but having a doobie every now and then isn't going to give you cancer. PS - How could you look at Braff and NOT think he smokes? Seriously, I've never even seen the show he's in and I look at him and say "Takes one to know one..." ;)
