The 2010 Oscars have come and gone with The Hurt Locker standing out as the night's big winner. The acting awards went to this season's favorites — Sandra Bullock for The Blind Side, Mo'Nique for Precious, Jeff Bridges for Crazy Heart, and Christoph Waltz for Inglourious Basterds. The show kicked off with Neil Patrick Harris's opening number, which was the perfect lead-in to Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin playing off each other throughout the night. Young Hollywood had an exciting evening as well with presenters including Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart, who both chatted backstage about being a bit nervous before stepping out. Kristen got to have a moment with her dad on the way in, which gave us a super sweet sighting. Zac Efron and Anna Kendrick also made a sweet duo giving out a statue together.
The Academy Awards red carpet provided some excitement, of course, and the acceptance speeches had us laughing and crying as the winners took the stage. Penelope Cruz didn't make it two in a row, but she was holding hands with Javier Bardem when the cameras announced the best supporting actress nominees — that's a pretty big public display of affection for the private couple. Sarah Jessica Parker got animated in the crowd before Matthew Broderick took part in the touching tribute to John Hughes. Keep track of all our Oscar coverage all over the network, and weigh in on all the winners too!

I don't do award shows but congratulations to the winners.
Esp. Bigelow
1Hurt Locker was just O.K to me. Had no real plot. Just guys trying to deactivate bombs. Happy for Bigelow and best Dir award though.
2I've never seen any of the Oscar movies. lol But chances are I'm rooting for the ex-wife every single time :cocktails:
3I'm so happy Sandra B won...she's a fav since Speed and she totally deserved it..she and Meryl were very cute...overall, everbody looked really gorgeous...I saw Avatar, The Blind Side and The Hurt Locker and I was shocked that "The Hurt Locker" took home so many awards...it was good but damn lol...anywayz, George Clooney and his beard had the most unpleasant scowls throughout the evening...and the woman from "Up In The Air" couldn't have kissed his butt more lol...she reminds me too much of SJP, who looked like she let her kid do her hair...J-Low had the same hair issue and was dressed in pink bubble wrap...Kristen Stewart is soo shy, it's adorable
4George Cloney running to the fans was PATHETIC. I hope Rob Pattinson stop doing that soon...I thought George was just kidding..but then the fans screamed...really awful..God, I've never seen him doing that before...and he looks so old..
5I thought this year's Oscars was a great show, even though I was skeptical of Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin as the choice for co-hosts. They did a great job! I would have loved to see Matthew Broderick do the opening number instead of Neil Patrick Harris. Otherwise, great show and congrats to the winners - really happy to see some new faces up there.
6Penelope Cruz and javier bardem were absolutely the best looking couple at the Oscars. The shade of red she was wearing is the true color of passion.
