She is lucky, she can eat whatever she wants. She has the model type body proportions : long legs, short trunk. You can work out as much as you want, you can't change your proportions and will be obliged to work hard just to not appear stocky at the slightest weight change.

She can bring it anytime, like she did in the Lara Croft flick cause she is lean and long legged. Others have to work 2 hours a day every day without even reaching that model type figure and just keep under control the 'fat' factor.
