He was on the go again on Saturday for a book signing event, but yesterday brought him the sad news that his ex-girlfriend Brittany Murphy had passed away at the age of 32. Amid word that Brittany's husband Simon Monjack doesn't want an autopsy, Ashton took to Twitter to express his condolences to her family and say that the world has "lost a little piece of sunshine." As details unfold about Brittany's death, the LAPD coroner doesn't suspect foul play — however, Brittany apparently suffered from diabetes and was found in the shower after being quite ill.
