Britney's Miami Hospital Visit Was All For Fun
Britney Spears arrived in Miami on Saturday and took a break from work to stop by Miami Children's Hospital to put a smile on some young kids' faces. She signed autographs and donated $100,000 to their Clown Care program, which brings in medically trained entertainment for the patients. That night she performed in Miami before heading over to Tampa yesterday. Britney and her boys took advantage of Disney World, and although it's still early on, it seems like the pop star is packing her latest tour with many memorable moments.

1i love that she's doing things like this. it shows that being a mom really has hit her in a good place because people are always donating for research, and this is something that would help the kids that are there already.

7I'm so glad to see her back to doing normal things again. And from what I've heard she's back with a vengeance, her concert, minus one little wardrobe malfunction, has been everything that her long-time fans expected.
The only disappointment people seem to have with it is that she lip syncs, but if memory serves, ALL of her concerts have been that way. She focuses more on the performances than the singing.
