Britney's Ready to Sell the Summit House for $7.9 Million

After a much needed night's sleep, Britney Spears looked great on her way out of the dance studio in LA yesterday. With the release of "Womanizer" on the backburner for a few days more, Britney's got time to focus on her other ventures like selling her summit house. The 7,500 square foot, 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath home is on the market for $7.9 million while Britney has already been house hunting for months. After all the drama those walls have seen, it's no wonder that Britney wants a new place to start fresh just like she's managed to refresh so many other aspects of her life.

She seems very restrained these days. I can't help but wonder if it's because she's "better" or if she's just smart enough to play along with the game. I hope it's the former. And I hope she loses that lipstick.

Her body got smokin' hot overnight. For a woman who's had two children, lots of hard partying, and a crappy diet crammed into such a short time to come back like that is amazing! I wish I had her trainer. She's not fat at all, but she's not disgustingly skinny, either.

I have never made fun of B spears in the past....lots of others, but not her. I like her and am a fan :). I think she made some REALLY poor choices in the past and has not acted responsibly, but that's all. Now ask me about Amy winehouse or lindsay lohan...another story. LOL

Rosa, I'd bet it's her not her Dad that brought it up. She was talking about selling the house before he was back in the picture, and now after all is said and done, there's probably even more reason that she wants to sell it. At least if she sells it, she can keep her address away from freakin' lutfi!
