Gossip Girl here. This just in: Nate Archibald has been given the top spot on People's list of this year's hottest bachelors. In the interview Chace talks about his first kiss, why he's not looking for a girlfriend right now, and what it was like to date Carrie Underwood briefly. He's not the only strapping man they call out — Shia LaBeouf, Brody Jenner, Chris Pine, Dwayne Johnson, and Robert Pattinson also made the list. I am a Twilight fan,but I don't like Robert...he's nothing special...he's just ordinary and kinda ugly for me.I think Chace is a good choice....and I looove Bradley Cooper.He should have been #1. P.S:ManiMartinixo I agree with everything that you just said

chase is so much better.. robert um.. i never found him to be good looking .. and im so sad that chase didn't play edward for twilight.. T.T robert killed the movie for me..

Chase better not make Footloose look like High School Musical. i'm a child of the 80's and NO I'm not watching!! LAME People mag, lame choice. Do I think it should be Robert? I'm a fan but no, there are other guys out there, rob wouldn't care!!

Truth is, I would have purchased the magazine if they had rightly chosen Rob (yes, this is his year), but PEOPLE did not listen to the majority of it's readers, so they obviously don't want or need my business. AND I am nnnottt a huge Twilight fan, but right is right! Rob is the most famous bachelor in the world right now, and to be honest, Chace looks like a little boy---yuck.

They had to put someone else on the cover of this issue, Rob will grace the cover of the SEXIEST MAN ALIVE issue later this yrear. Chase is just a fill in for the real thing. Rob Pattinson is not only SEXY he is talented and amazing. He is the most beautiful man I have ever seen........well, next to my husband of course.

Everyone keeps commenting about how Robert Pattinson is different from other actors, and so nice, and mysterious, etc. How exactly do you know all of this? I doubt any of you are friends with him...

If you do not like Robert Pattinson, you do not need to be mean about it. He is a really nice guy . I do not like Chace but you do not see me calling him names . Be nice. A lot of women love him because he is not just another attractive face but also a really nice guy. He is very different to the other actors out there.

I don't get it. Rob Pattinson is everywhere! Why this Chance guy? I've heard of him like once...he's cute, but Rob is EVERYWHERE, and is super hottt!!! So i'm confused at their choice...still nice to look at-but RATHER have seen Rob on that cover. Also-Vanity Fair mag got it right-they just named Rob the MOST HANDSOME IN THE WORLD!!! That's right-THE WORLD! Love him!

I definitely do NOT get the Robert appeal. Chace is hot, but man, Taylor Kitsch???!!! How is Chace hotter than THAT!? Once I saw Taylor Kitsch shirtless in The Covenant years ago...I have been a changed woman, lol :)

I can't deny Chace is cute but no f***ken way Chace is hotter than Rob Pattinson...there's just no way! Chace has no charisma what so ever,he's just a pretty boy tryin to look good.Rob on the other hand has got it all-charisma,talent good looks,great personality and good humour,he has it all and more! I say kudos to People for not making Robert Pattinson number one. Sure he's hot, he was on the list after all, but how cliched would that of been. Besides, Chace is hot too! And it's all a matter of opinion. It's not really that big of a deal. Oh, and Ryan Eggold and Chris Pine made the list. Amen to that. :D
