Clive Owen and his wife Sarah-Jane had a romantic dinner last night at the Ivy in London. He's home after his whirlwind publicity tour for Duplicity wrapped up, and it looks like he'll have some downtime before getting to work on Sin City 2. Sounds like the perfect time for Clive to fit in another fun family vacation and make our Spring shirtless wishes come true. Meanwhile, he's still neck-and-neck with Salma Hayek in round two of the PopSugar 100, but he's going to need more love to hang onto his lead.
