Dakota Stops to Shop Before the Runaways Hits Sundance

Dakota Fanning was decked out in her favorite Free City sweats and a rosary yesterday afternoon to shop at Bloomingdale's and Victoria's Secret with friends. She's back into her school-week routine between movie projects, though her day-to-day is bound to change before The Runaways hits theaters in March. You guys are pretty excited to see that one on the big screen, and it's set to premiere next week during the Sundance Film Festival.

Now I like her even more.She's an actress.That's her job.And a good one at that.She can dress anyway she wants.She doesn't have to hide her lack of talent with fancy clothing like so many others do.

I am a Catholic and that is a rosary. They aren't meant to be worn as a necklace....I'm sure many people aren't aware of that fact, but it's still a little annoying to see it become the latest fashion trend. :(

I am glad the child doesnt always pander to the media and wears NORMAL clothes when she is not on the red carpet. As for the person making the CRUDE comment. grow up she is a CHILD. As for the rosary comment...I am not Catholic and therefore not an authority...but it doesnt seem to be a rosary to me...sorta looks like just beads. Anyways I knew a non-catholic that wore a rosary all the time because a dear old woman had given them to her...Dakota probably doesnt mean any disrespect...she isnt Madonna for goodness sake.
