Drew Barrymore and Justin Long were careful not to be spotted leaving Dos Caminos together after dinner there last night in NYC. They've claimed that they're just close friends these days, but they do seem to be spending an awful lot of time together and are constantly followed by rumors of rekindled love. They may just be practicing for their upcoming romantic comedy, but if this once PDA-loving couple is reunited, they can only hide a relationship for so long.
