Eva Longoria Is Alluringly Happy With Her Family and Friends

Eva Longoria is all glammed up on the cover of November's Allure, looking nothing like her low-key character on this season of Desperate Housewives. In between poses, she opened up to the magazine about her much-talked-about weight gain, rock-solid relationship with Tony, and famous friends. Here's more:

On her weight:"I've stopped working out and gained about seven pounds, which is a lot for a small person — but I'm still a size 0 . . . I never went up a size. I just got a little rounder."
On Victoria Beckham: "By the way, in real life? Victoria Beckham smiles a lot. She's very, very funny. I introduced her to Kate Beckinsale. How could they not know each other? They're just like a comedy show."
On her confidence:"I know I'm not pregnant; I know Tony and I aren't breaking up. I know we're not cheating."

Aside from the speculation over her figure, all seems to be well with Eva in terms of her family and career. She might not be pregnant just yet, but when that time comes it'll be fun to see yet another new side of Eva.

Geez, I'm 5'2 and a 0 and I'm not unhealthy. What's considered healthy in our society?

She looks great here, but I think she's over exposed, tbh, I couldn't care less if she gained 7 pounds or not, if she didn't talk about it, I don't think anyone would've noticed. I certainly didn't...

I think she looks a lot healthier now, but a size 0 is just fine for her. And I know a lot of people have already said this, but I just wanted to respond to the people who were saying that a size 0 is not healthy. That's not true at all. She is a tiny person and size 0 is fine for her. Before I got pregnant (I am 5 1/2 months now) I was a size 0 too and weighed about 104, which was my ideal weight because I'm only about 5 feet tall. Saying that size 0 is always unhealthy is like saying that size 10 or 12 is always unhealthy. Some people are just built bigger and some are smaller, it doesn't necessarily mean they're too fat or too thin.

i think she actually looks good here. i am not usually a fan of hers but i do think she is in a no win situation. the press calls her pregnant so she jokingly says she is just fat. then they call her fat and pregnant so she has to defend herself. lets cut the lady a break! and i agree with all of the above- a size 0 can be perfectly healthy for her height.

I was a size zero many moons ago (about 6 yrs ago) and I was healthy...I'm 5'2" and weighed about 112 pounds at the time...not sure how tall she is but you can be size 0 and not toothpick thin...I enjoy my body more with my curves and big booty lol...I wear a size 6,8 or 10 depending on the brand or how I want it to fit...I've dated all races of men and they all preferred some @$$ and thighs lol...my 2 cents on the matter ;)

she looks fine, and she's a tiny woman so not surprised she's a size 0 ... and she's not a "skin 'n bones" size 0 , so whatevs. I'm more concerned about that really unflattering hairstyle!

She looks really pretty here, but she really annoys me. I'm sick of hearing her talk about her weight all the time. I do agree with other posters here, I don't think a size 0 is unhealthy for someone of her size.

Height needs to be taken into account with weight when looking at a healthy BMI. She does not look unhealthy whatsoever." Bingo! She's tiny and a size 0 is natural for someone who is that height and small-boned. I don't get why people take offense, we're all different body shapes and sizes and just because someone is naturally petite doesn't mean there is something wrong with them. I'm the same height and extremely small-boned (I wear kids baseball hats because adult hats are too big) and if I gain 5 lbs, I go up one dress size. I've been lucky enough to be naturally thin, but now that I'm older and my metabolism has changed, every single pound shows. Size 6 is very unhealthy for me, I huff and puff and can't walk properly because of the extra weight!

Actually, I saw her address her weight in a talk show, and she joked that she's still smaller than the average person even though people say she got fat. The way it was framed, she was making fun of hollywood/media/size. So at least give her a break on that. She seems very normal to me. The fact that she has a lot of good friends, and makes use of paparazzi shouldn't make her a bad person. She clearly enjoys being a celebrity, and has a good attitude about it. If she complained about the paparazzi all of the time, then I would roll my eyes I agree 100% with you. ICAM. :)

Eva is TINY and very fit,she studied kinesology in college and did fitness competitions but again she is VERY PETITE.Are you advocating that naturally petite girls try to be overweight for their size? Because that's what it seems like when people start to judge naturally skinny girls!
