A thirteen year old girl! What could have made that idiot pap shoot those pictures and a magazine print them? I can't even imagine the sort of story they'd try to run with that. Clooney, sue their butts off because that's just sick.

GET 'EM. The paparazzi need to have their power checked often- they're out of control already. I hope that little girl goes to college on that money, it'll probably be a fair amount.

it's ridic what papps and magazines will do these days to get a picture. i'm glad that GC is taking such a strong stand on this - and i hope that everything is handled appropriately. you have to feel bad for the 13 yr old girl who was photographed - that's a hard age anyway, and to have pictures of you turn up everywhere - that's just not good .

Have the paparazzi and magazines no shame or morals? To take pictures of a 13 year old girl changing and then publish them is obscene and cruel. I wish they'd get charged with child pornography for that. Good for Mr. Clooney for pursuing this. The paparazzi needs to learn some boundaries.

Ah what in the world was that?. I think, that totally facted his reputation almost, beside he might at least go on court for that devil act. How's she supposed to go college that teenage girl who's been pornographed lool.

So far the lawsuit its just talk, no papers have been filed, neither the magazines or the photographer have been named and the Italian press/media have no idea what he is talking about and they are scouring every magazine item looking for the offending pictures. The only one they have come up with is a long distance shot of a woman with a bare breast at on a balcony of his villa which everyone believes is his latest Italian topless model girlfriend. So they are beginning to question his side of the story , saying its made up and he just wants the paparazzi to lay off taking photos of him and his latest fling. If it is true he can't prove it by pointing the photos out as it would exposing the girl to more humiliation so they are beginning to say George is lying about the facts.

BTW……They also believe the Brad Pitt joke about George being gay is the gospel (SKY.It). that “He needs to find the courage to come out and his new girlfriend is just a cover’. He has been the Golden-Boy of Italians for years but this year something has gone badly wrong, he being called ‘vile’ and ‘classless’ and it looks like he is in for a very bumpy ride from the Italian media while he is there making his new movie this Autumn. This story had better be completely true or he will be crucified in Italy, Spain, Portugal and the South American press (they all share the same stories and news )

the Italians are hot-blooded people and he will also have many problems in Italy when he tries to leave his nude model girlfriend . she will not let him go so easily and the Italians seem to be very proud of her causing so much Hollywood gossip and bring a little Hollywood glamour to little Italy . he probably has to walk a lot of red carpets with this woman to to please her and to fulfill her deepest desire which is showing her tits to the world .
