When people admire her "natural beauty", I just laugh. She is nothing but a product of designer clothes, grooming and styling. She's a plain walking skeleton without all that extra-stuff.

She normally pretty but... well, we all have our days.

HockeyPrincess, I tend to agree with what you say - however, I also think she is like a plain canvas with reasonable good features which can be made up to look stunning in the right way. She was so beautiful in the Talented Mr. Ripley, with the right suntan, hair colour and discreet make up, but when I see her au naturel in pics like these, she is almost ugly.

I used to very much like her and found her quite charming, but over the last few years she's become such a pretentious snob that I find nothing appealing about her anymore.
Also, has anyone else noticed that all these people who are constantly bragging about their organic, macrobiotic diets, that do yoga five times a day, and never eat anything with refined sugars, wheat, sucrose, dairy, etc. etc. etc. all look 10 to 15 years older and haggard. Maybe I'm just lucky that I don't have that kind of neurotic self-control, because while I maybe packing on an extra 10-20 lbs (depending on who you ask Hollywood or my doctor), I still manage to pass for 10 to 15 years younger. Now where is that bag os Cheetos?

I think she's beautiful. She's in her late 30's and a working mom of 2. She's "normal" because she has the same responsibilities as most women... she works, she has kids, she's a wife. But let's face it, most of actors/actresses who grew up in Hollywood didn't have a "normal" childhood.

And before anyone comments on her "diet", they should watch her w/ Mario Batali on their food network show "Spain... on the Road Again".

I look just as rough before my first caffeine hit. The only difference is I don't have a makeup artist, personal chef, personal trainer, or stylist to help me look as good as she does normally.

I used to think she was pretty in that extremely boring, bland WASP-y sort of way but now, she's just haggard like her bff, Vadge and has the worst case of verbal diarrhea EVER
