Newly-married Heidi Montag is back in LA following her swine flu threatened Mexican bikini shoot with Spencer. She was in one of her usual designer-heavy looks Friday to film The Hills with her sister-in-law Stephanie, who recently revealed that Heidi wants to have 4 boys. While kids might still be a long way off, there's more immediate drama in Heidi's future with tonight's new episode of their show.
