Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt headed to Spago restaurant in LA to celebrate Mother's Day with their family. Last year they publicly gave Heidi's mother gifts and this time Heidi tweeted her excitement about her new mother-in-law. Stephanie, Holly, and Nana Pratt also joined in on the fun, and of course, many pictures were taken. Meanwhile, Spencer's new rap song, "I'm A Celebrity" debuted today and he's calling himself "The Great White." These newlyweds sure know how to keep things interesting as they continue to revel in their fame.

I was wondering the same thing. How come we never see Spencer's parents? Even at the wedding not one pic of them.

I'm sorry, but when I saw Spencer's Nana I thought of the Joel McHale skit on the Soup when he made fun of the amount of times Spencer said Nana in one sentence. It cracks me up! Too much paparazzi posing imho!
