Beyonce Knowles was well-accessorized last night as she headed out of Paris's L'Avenue restaurant with Jay-Z not far behind. The highly paid duo has been laying low since their New Year's in St. Bart's, but he's set to join Rihanna in London this evening to perform during the Hope for Haiti telethon. Hopefully jet-setting Beyonce and Jay-Z make it back to the States by next weekend, when they're both up for multiple awards at next Sunday's Grammys.
