Jennifer Aniston looked tan and hot shopping her way through NYC before heading to the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Wednesday. Nothing like choosing culture over the beach every now and then, though we're sure Jen turned just as many heads as all the amazing artwork. She may not have a man at the moment, but Jennifer still looks better than most guys do in those baggy boyfriend jeans.

I "get" the understated class of basic black, but WHY, WHY, WHY is it the only color this woman wears??? Black, Grey, Brown, rinse and repeat. If I had her body, her tan, and her money, I would wear something besides shades of blah. She's age appropriate, it's just LIFELESS.

wow is this a polarizing post.i don't like tube tops on anyone (i don't know why, i just don't) so i this isn't my favorite look. and the met is really cold, i am surprised she didn't wear something with at least short sleeves that covered her stomach.

For the record, I do not wear a tube top because while I am fairly slim and 23 I cannot pull it off. She, on the other hand, inexplicably looks great, and the fact that she is wearing long pants with it, is super tan and fit, and it is summer, makes it a fantastic look for her. I usually agree that older women shouldn't dress like this, but frankly she does NOT look like she is trying too hard. Generally when women don't "dress their age" it's because they also have like huge boobs and hair, bright makeup, skintight clothes, etc. It looks like they are "trying too hard." Jen doesn't have any of that, she looks classy, and I love that she can rock it! It makes me have hope for myself in 20 years! Now...I must go take some yoga or something!

What's the topic of the thread... Jen's clothing! So yea, people are going to comment on it, and not liking one's outfit does not equate "hating". It's just posting an "on topic" comment for the thread. If Popsugar didn't take much of the weekend off and put more articles up, this would be buried three pages deep by now with far fewer comments. There's such a thing as context, which seems totally lost on some here. If she were going to a BBQ or beach party in LA, this might seem fine. If I were going to the Met with anyone, even a teenager, I'd suggest a top with more fabric would be more appropriate. A summer dress would not be wrong in this situation. Michelle Williams was photographed in a couple of cute options in Brooklyn this week.

How can people say she has a faboulous body when you can clearly see that her tummy is a bit big, im not sure if its residual from having done liposuction, but really you can see how leathery her skin in the belly part. Or is it some stretchamarks?

I loved these photos of Jen just being "jen". She has such class and style that she could wear a paper bag and look killer, but these photos...WOW! Yoga sure works for her tummy area too...didn't i notice strong, tight abs there? As for dressing age appropriate; who's to say what is "appropriate" for what age? If you feel good about yourself in a particular outfit, then girls, GO FOR IT! Life is way too short to waste one minute worrying about what other's may think. I do believe Jen Aniston has known this forever :-)

Body isn't everything. Your face will still show your age. If it was a a woman who has the body of Jennifer Aniston but has the face and age of Barbara Walters then yes, it would be inappropriate. In fact I think it would be laughable.
