The new mom looked glowing after her work/play/bikini filled European vacation with Marc and the twins, getting back to the glamorous work of a superstar. While little Max and Emme may not be the celebrity baby twins on everyone's minds today, people are still curious about Jennifer and Marc's nanny situation — or lack thereof and not because they're not trying to find someone. Even without extra helping hands, Jennifer is keeping her schedule full including attending Maria Shriver's 2nd Annual Women's Conference this October.
