Jessica Simpson joined Ken Paves on Thursday night for an evening cruising around the Hudson River on a boat. She's been in NYC finalizing the terms of her upcoming TV show, and it looks like she was in the mood to celebrate the done deal. Her mom Tina came along for the trip, too, and if Jess stays on the East Coast she can link up with Tony Romo when he heads to DC next week for a golf tournament with Tiger Woods.

It's not terrible, however, it is known that horizontal stripes can make you look, well, "bigger." I wouldn't opt for it, but it looks cute enough.

I don't think the problem is her dress...the problem is everything else: shoes, accessories, and hair. The dress has so much potential to look so pretty, but she always manages to eff her look up.

Love her outfit. Jessica is performing the National Anthem @ the Tiger Woods event that Tony will be playing in (hes paired up with Tiger) so Jessica will be there.
