Johnny Depp was decked out in plaid as he arrived at the Nice airport earlier today with the singer Patti Smith. He brought along his guitar and a coffee, looking ready to switch from movie to music mode. Johnny's enjoying a little well-earned time off, after spending the last few months appearing at Comic-Con and promoting Public Enemies. He has more chill time ahead before The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus hits screens on Christmas.

Now that all of your panties are in a wod over nothing, I never said you couldn't disagree with me, and obviously, you do. I just trying to make my point as to why I don't think Johnny Depp is a god, or someone to look up too. I appreciate his work, but just don't see what the fuss is about. He can live his life, be happy, or miserible all he wants. It's his life. And yes, I used to be a fan, but as I learn more about him, I came to a realization that I don't like him. That's my opinion, and yes I am entitled to it as you are to yours. He is 46 years old, he is looking old which is natural for his age. And he is bloated in this picture. That is a fact. What I was refering to was that Mr. Depp during an interview back in 1999, called for amisty for Roman Polanski so he could return to the US without being arrested. But the problem is the man ran in the first place to escape punishment for have sex with a 13 year old girl. I mean as a parent, would anyone in their right mind defend an adult who had sex with a child? And would anyone defend a three time convicted drug trafficer? The guy, George Jung, smuggles drugs in by a plane load each time. Gets caught three times at doing it, the last time caught they sentence him 60 years because he didn't learn the last two times when being caught. Yet Mr. Depp felt complelled to speak out on Mr. Jungs behave, stating, "he needs to be released so he can have a relationship with his daughter". Okay, if he wanted to have a good relationship with his daughter, shouldn't he gave up on drug trafficing and focus on her instead? One would think this would be the more reasonable appoach. And Mr. Fox, who conviently disappears, on Christmas Eve. A few days before he testifies in court. A case that accuses Mr. Depp of funneling profits from the Viper Room into a dumby production company, all of which Mr. Depp was guilty of doing. Now, I'm not saying Mr. Depp had anything to do with the disappearance personally, or otherwise, but it sure doesn't look good when your butt's in trouble and the tattle tell wounds up missing. So you see, Mr. Depp isn't perfect. He has done some wonderful things for people, but he has also done some really caulas things as well. But if you still think he is wonderful that's totally up to you.

JD has always seemed very coherent and intelligent in every single interview I've ever watched. Not the least bit drunk. He does seem sad sometimes but that is part of his depth and appeal. Also, I don't know anything about JD's private life, but by all indications he seems pretty happy with his wife and kids. And God bless him, he deserves it. Vanessa has done several interviews in which she said their love was like no other and he was her soul mate, etc. He has said many similar things. At any rate, who is anyone on the outside to judge or psychoanalyze? I hope he stays happy and healthy and that he and Vanessa grow old together and both live to be 100. And if he puts on a few pounds, who the heck cares? He always said he wanted to be an old man with a "beer belly" and that's his perogative! He's still amazing!
Oh and by the way, he didn't actually worked out for the role he did over a year ago, Public Enemies. Yeah, so that would explain why is plumped in this recent picture. Yeah, he's bloated because he's been drinking. And because he's not a spring chicken anymore.
