The Jolie-Pitts Globe Trot Back to France

Just like that, the Jolie-Pitts are back in France. The family arrived at the Nice airport in their pajamas early this morning after an all-night flight. We were just reveling in seeing Angelina and Brad cuddling and watching Maddox and Pax play in New Orleans, but it looks like they were using up all their energy before the long plane ride. The family of eight filed out one by one with Brad and Angelina juggling the twins in their car seats. The family is back in their French home for the next week or so before they return to Germany where Brad will be filming Inglorious Bastards. Just another whirlwind week around the world for the Jolie-Pitts and their six jet-setting children.

I am a big fan of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, and think their children are absolutely precious. I hate reading criticisms regarding any of them, but I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I used to travel a lot several years ago, and I know how tiring it can be, but for little ones, it is just so much fun. I have to tell the story of one of my grandsons who was traveling for the first time. His Mom, and Dad (my son) were concerned that he would be scared of the noise the planes make when they take off, but he was very quiet. Once they got up, my son turned to him and asked my grandson what he was looking for since he seemed to be searching for something. He turned to his Dad and said, "We are close to God's house. Help me look for it." I am sure that Brad and Angelina will have many wonderful memories of things their children will say, do, or notice on their many trips. They are all indeed very lucky little ones, and the best part is that they are all so loved by their Mom and Dad. I am probably one of the few that hopes that Shiloh DOES NOT become an actress. I met many a young star when I was traveling all the time, often to Hollywood and I saw what it can do to them, however with the guidance that Brad and Angie will give them, I am sure that they will all grow up to make their parents proud.

Pitt has changed a lot, he really looks like a monkey in Thailand, working for the men and being paid by bananas!! Really sad guys! And I really hope they don t vote on Mcsame, I mean McCain.

Hotsytotsy, have you heard USA are asking, beging for help nowdays? Have you heard life is that messy in USA lately? It s not sweet saying that they have such a fantastic life, otherwise they wouldnt traveled around the world all the time, right guys? The clothes that the Korean kid dresses, is so.... i dont have words to express myself, Pitt doesnt realize that that kind of clothes remins war and war and war and war and war...Arent you sick with all that war guys??? It s a big pain!!

i guess that it's nice that they are traveling around so much but the one thing that you have to think about is that pax and madd and even z are old enough to have friends and they can't possibly have them if they aren't in school and they are traveling sooooooo much. i wonder what the solution is there?

For those who say its unhealthy that the kids move around so much and don't have a permanent base, I beg to differ. I've always moved around a lot and traveled to different places. I lived most of my life in different countries in Africa and Europe. That experience has only made me a stronger, curious, and more open-minded person. I loved the adventure as a kid. And I still do. I'm planning on always having a nomadic lifestyle. It's just whatever's normal to you. Love the J-P Clan!

The Jolie-Pitt kids have 3 permanent homes and one long-range home. AJ has said that they make each place have a special something that the kids don't have elsewhere. The kids always seem to have a playful experience in New Orleans and seem at ease there, I bet the same is true in LA or France. The house in Santa Barbara is a beach shack and is not big enough for anything other than roughing it for a few days. Sort of like going camping.

It's hard to imagine a life like that. When I was growing up major chaos was when dinner wasn't exactly at 6:00 p.m. There was NO change of routine ever. I think that can warp your mind just as much. I love this family BTW.
