Heidi Montag was back in her bikini yesterday to hit the beach with her husband Spencer Pratt during their pre-honeymoon in Cabo. The health-conscious duo added a new accessory for their outing in the wake of the swine flu scare — surgical masks! Heidi and Spencer looked happy and relaxed as they kissed and posed just a few days after their huge wedding party last weekend, but she's apparently about to shake up their young marriage.

According to Life & Style, Heidi's in talks to pose for a tasteful Playboy photo shoot. That's not the first adjective that pops to mind when thinking of that particular magazine, but Heidi's no stranger to scantily-clad photos shoots.

These two have their game plan and they are sticking too it. Heck, the more I see them, the more entertaining they are and Heidi looks really hot with the extra few pounds in the bikinis and tight jeans. I like Heidi a lot more than Kim Kardashian and she don't have a butt like a hippo with cellulite.

On their plane ride home this week they were wearing rubber gloves also. I was on the flight the they were on. They didn't want anything to eat or drink because SkyChef's (Big airline catering company) beverages and anything ppl wanted to eat was all originated from Mexico. Do those idiots realize you only need the mask when you're in enclosed spaces or in direct contact with OTHER PEOPLE? I can't imagine that walking down on OPEN BEACH you require a face mask. Can someone please just put them out of our misery?
