Kate Moss looked ready for Spring yesterday in her paisley dress as she ran errands ahead of her trip to NYC for the big Topshop opening on Thursday. Instead of taking things easy as she launches her latest collection, Kate's adding even more to her plate — she's set to sing on an upcoming Lemonheads album with Liv Tyler. Kate's not planning to work with Jamie's band, but she found another way to indulge her passion for performing.
