I was just in NYC yesterday. It's a wee bit chilly. Notice Katie has on a cardigan and jeans for Fall weather while little Suri is wearing sleeveless? Wayyy too chilly for sleeveless.

Yes, I noticed that too. Why is Katie (and the other randoms in the pic) wearing long sleeves, while Suri is in a summer dress? Also... isn't Suri a little too old for Katie to still carry around a receiving blanket?

Ever notice that they never use a stroller? I don't think I have ever see Suri in one. She's always being carried. The Joli/Pittts never use strollers either, even with all those kids!

I think they carry her (like a lot of celebrities) because of the paparazzi. As for the clothes, who knows? My kids refuse to wear jackets no matter how many times I put the things on them in the fall. Yesterday my son wore shorts to school even though I was wearing a sweatshirt & long sleeves (in Seattle). I'm not a Cruise apologist by any means but kids can be weird/adamant about what they want to wear even at Suri's age.

I love the fact Suri got to run around with ice cream face for while. She's so cute! It proves Katie is a human mom after all!

Okay - in this situation, I have to take up for Katie(or at least Suri). It looks like Katie is possibly carrying a couple of garments in her hands. I know I see a pink blanket and possibly a white sweater.

I've said it before....it would take an act of congress to get my little girl to wear anything but a dress. So I don't understand why people find it so hard to understand why Suri is always in a dress. Some little are just "girlie girls".

Suri's dress and messy face are cute. I dodn't think it's a bad thing that she wears dresses all the time, but it odd on some occasions like going to the park.

I dont care about this family either way, but I'm curious as to what "old school values" there is in getting pregnant before marriage . . . .just sayin
