Suri and Katie Are Giving Us a Case of Deja Vu

It was just another day in the NYC neighborhood for Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise. The fashionista-in-training was a bit overdressed for the park but she sure looked stylish on that swing in her mom's lap. Suri was a polka-dotted princess who also shared the slide with Katie as well. This daily routine is beginning to remind us of another favorite celebrity mommy-daughter duo that spent last year doing the exact same thing — Broadway bound and park playtime.

gosh, i feel violated for them. i usually just look at pics from which i could get fashion ideas, but i thought to look at this mom and kid duo, and i feel kind of horrible for intruding on their day at the park.

Why the kid doesn't smile? Why so serious?! X) And I'm not sure about Katie's grin either... My son laughs all the time and makes us laugh too. Kids should be enthusiastic about things. But I guess there are different kind of cases. Or then... different kind of parents.

I doubt that Tom and Katie are concerned with the cost of clothes for Suri. I have nothing against girls in dresses but she looks like she's going to a birthday party, not the park. And the fact is, you can't play the same in a dress as you can in pants, unless she wants to show off her diaper to everyone. Katie looks miserable all the time. Jennifer dislikes the paps too, but she manages to show genuine happiness at playing with her daughter.

i always buy clothes that are a size or two bigger than my daughter's actual size. that's because they grow toooooo fast. and children's clothe's are expensive! and people, please stop criticizing this little girl! she's gorgeous and beautiful. she's a kid. you don't live with tom and katie and therefore, you don't know what she's like! leave them alone!!

I don't think it's weird that Suri is still wearing diapers. Some kids wear them until they are 3 or 4...if she was still wearing them when she was 8 then I would be worried. But if Katie plans on having another kid (which I don't know if she does), it would be probably be easier to potty train Suri sooner rather than later. Anyway, the pictures are pretty cute but 1.) why is Suri wearing a dress? (2.) Katie's smile in the first picture seems so fake, like she's posing for the paps.

They both looks sad and unhappy. I'm sure it sucks to have the paps around all the time, but they never seem to look like they're actually enjoying life.

They are so cute togheter! Maybe Katie should dress Suri in play clothes,but that is her decision,and I am not tearing up my head apart to figure it out.

It'd be one thing if Suri was taken to the park in a dress every once in awhile, but the little girl is never seen in anything BUT a dress. Let her wear pants or shorts for f's sake! She's a child! She doesn't need to be dressed in the latest Gucci, Marc Jacobs or Doir dresses.

Im in KatieSuri cuteness heaven. Brings back memories for me too that my mother always dressed me up so nicely. Thanks to my mom and grandma for all that.

Good to see them having a great time and both look so cute. The difference with Garner and Violet I love those 2 also. Those 2 dont have lots of animalistic paparazzis and screaming fans at their faces. Its a bad situation for Katie and Suri that's why Katie looks not too friendly in this NY pics. Other sites have photos of Suri about to cry and covering her ears from the noise and fear this photogs and fans do. Its so bad even NYPD had to help the bodyguards.

Suri is a very pretty girl... I am kind of tired of looking at her holding a bottle wherever she goes... so this is going to be the last time I say this: Katie is not a bad mom, but a very LAZY one.

Ya know, I'm all for jeans and a T-shirt but Katie is beginning to look like she has "no time" to put any effort into herself. She is still so young and has an amazing body after having a baby, I really think she should embrace that. Suri is a doll!
