Tom, Katie, and the Kids Stop Off For Tapas

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes brought their kids Isabella, Connor, and Suri out to dinner at a tapas restaurant in Seville last night. The whole family is in Spain as Tom continues to film Knight & Day, and Katie has been able to stay for more than a week due to a break from working on her own movie, The Romantics. They seem to be all about soaking up the local culture, and stylish tot Suri even recently showed her appreciation for their temporary home with her pink flamenco dress.

I think the difference in why you don't see photos of Nicole with the kids as often and as much as you do with Tom is simply that some celebrity parents choose to keep the private lives of their children private and others do not. She doesn't choose to turn the time she spends with them into an extended public relations campaign--or turn her daughter into a tabloid cover girl by the age of three. Celebrities can either invite that into their lives or keep it out. Plenty do a pretty good job of giving their children quite normal lives out of the public eye, and give them that respect to know these kids don't deserve to be thrown into this strange celebrity culture before they are too young to choose. In retrospect, I guess Nicole was the one in their marriage who must have been that protective of Connor and Bella when they were Suri's age.

At least Suri is wearing a sweater. But can they put the child's hair in a freaking ponytail? For those saying "some kids don't want xyz" - I don't care. Parents decide these things, not three year olds.

The media and photogs should leave this family in peace. There's a lot to be admired with the grace and quiet strength and dedication Tom and Katie have sooo Much love to this family.

You can see that these are REAL PAPARAZZI pictures, taken when the Cruise are LEAVING some place (a restaurant here), INSTEAD of taken when Katie going in someplaces where there's already 15 paps waiting for her to arrive. Also, these photos here are much less crisp and obviously taken by only one person. You can see big differences with the several photo-OP Tomkat are calling themselves, at some park or any "idyllic" places, with the crisp, more intense colors, clear shots, and Tomkat with beatifying fake smiles or holding hands while jogging. See the difference?

Seems like the paparazzi don't really care for them, if so we would see much more pictures. Same with Bella, the paparazzi never take photos of her. She is always with the family. It was not until Connor became a celebrity that we started seeing photos of him. From what I hear, the family is always together.

i didn't realize that connor was there too. it's really great that they are all together. i wonder if it's because nicole spends so much time in Nashville that we don't see her with the kids - but has anyone ever noticed that we don't usually see her with bella or connor?
