Kellan Lutz showed off his famously impressive muscles heading out of the gym in LA yesterday. He kept his abs covered up, but we got quite an eyeful of that six-pack with the official Calvin Klein underwear commercial and this behind-the-scenes video of Kellan in next to nothing. Underneath those rock hard pecs is a heart of gold, as Kellan showed once again running for charity in Puerto Rico with AnnaLynne McCord over the weekend.
