i read the story on Eonline about KS and RP together - and i'm SO HAPPY about it. i think that it's great that they were able to have alone time together in san diego and that he went to LA with her before coming back east.

PLEASE people!!! There's a reason this hairdo was in the 80's and it needs to stay there!!! She looks like s**t!!! The more I watch the movie the more I see that she made a crappy Bella... there's the Bella in the book and the Bella in the movie. In the book it seems that she couldn't stop thinking of him or couldn't get enough of him. In the movie Kristen acts as if she's scared to be around him and when she is it's like she would rather be somewhere else!!! I do like Kristen, but not in this role. She can't make Bella happen for me. Her insecurity and awkwardness comes right out in the character of Bella. And I think Bella was more secure and sure of herself. Her witty quips were classic and Kristen just isn't that. I hear you people talk about their chemistry... please the more I watch the movie the more I realize it's not there. Kristen needs to take a couple of years to herself and evolve. Her insecurity and awkwardness is palpable, but hey sometimes we forget she's only 19 years old!!! She's just not my Bella...

Wow so Kristen and Robert have spent some time together!! so good! unexpected since I looked them at Comic Con, I thought perhaps they have broken because they were apart. I don´t know why but I´m happier now!!!!
ANONIMOUS: Kristen is the perfect Bella, I can see she is as in love in the movie as she is in the book. In addition, when Bella finds out Edward is a vampire, in the book she doubts but finally recognizes she ever could be apart of him. In the movie, she never doubts so I think she is sure enough.

I agree with anonymous 7:41. I actually am a bigger fan of Kristen Stewart's other movies. The Cake Eaters was so good, she made me cry many times. The movie's not really that sad but she just preformed really well. For some reason, in Twilight, the Bella that I saw in the book was not translated to the movie screen. I feel like she brought too much of herself to the character. She was afraid of sounding cheesy or something. I know Kristen likes to do work that will be critically acclaimed and when Robert went to the Oscar's, Kristen didn't go but her dad did because he works for Fox. At the ceremony he was asked why Kristen wasn't there and he said that Kristen will attend when she is proud of the movie not when it's just a movie that made a ton of money. She, to me, this came through in her performance. You could tell when she delivered lines like, "I'm afraid of losing you, I feel like you're going to disappear," that she is almost embarrassed to be saying it and it does not come out strong or confident like the Book-Bella would. Maybe she had a hard time portraying these feelings towards Robert while she had a boyfriend? So she down played them? Maybe she thought the script was too juvenile and cliche? I don't know. I know she is capable of being the best actress her age so, for me, Twilight was just a fluke for her. I expect New Moon to be a much, much better performance from Kristen! Actually, they cut out her best scenes in Twilight where she actually displayed some personality. Like the scene where they are looking around Edwards room...Or walking trough the woods...They are on the DVD. I enjoyed those a lot. Sorry this is so long. It's hard to explain yourself online.

LEts be honest though, the script itself was not exactly stellar material was it? Dont get me wrong, i loved the film, however it was kinda chocked full of lines that make you cringe. The book was perfect so there shouldnt have been a reason why so much of its greatness was lost during translation but it was. And i dont blame that on KStew, she read what she was given.
I have to agree with anonymous 7:55, the bst scenes were tragically cut, who wouldnt have liked to see the walk through the woodsthen them laughing on teh ground? Or the extended Edwards bedroom scene?
Hopefully, with a new director - who i have to say the cast on a whole seem alot happier about - maybe we will get to see the acting from KStew that we know she is capable of (see 'Speak' or 'the Cake Eaters').
She seems to be very nervous, and can you blame her, with all the Fangirls that rip her to pieces for every little thing she does?! All im saying is give the girl a break, shes still a kid really (being 19 and all), she'll make mistakes, things happen.
Im 100% behind her and the cast of Twilight as well as Chris (director) of new moon, i have a feeling that we will be presented with a better written movie, and from with KStew has said, she enjoyed the deepness she got to take Bella this time round (i lol'd at the bipolar crack she made at CC), so give her a chance!
