Kristen Brings Her Fellow Runway to Welcome the Rileys

Kristen Stewart stuck with her casual t-shirt and jeans for today's Welcome to the Rileys premiere at Sundance. She was fresh off a morning of photos with her The Runaways costar Dakota Fanning, who came along to support Kristen's other venture at the festival. Stewart revealed that the pole dancing scenes for the movie left her a bit bruised, but determined while shooting — ouch. She has a busy night ahead of her celebrating one project before her portrayal of Joan Jett makes its debut tomorrow.

Dakota is class and talented to boot. Can't wait for her to break free from this Kristen chick/ aka bad influence. Sit up straight and at least ACT like you are happy to be there, Kristen.

Dear Kristen, we all so much value your efforts to represent the characters in the most sincere way, when you try to deliver the emotional part of the character with all of your heart, and explore the character till the end, live trough it and give credits and feel responsible to the audience. I really admired "Into the Wild" and "Cake Eaters", also the types of movies you choose to play. If I may ask, my question would be: "Have you ever thought about playing in the theatre?", because as much as I love and appreciate movies, I think theatre is an enormous phenomenon and wholly different space, more honest, live and true, and I think you so much belong there. I am sorry that the question does not relate to the movies you represent at the festival. I know you all put your hearts and efforts into them. Thank you so much for that and good luck!!!

Bella Swan is fashioned after Eve via Stephenie Meyers, Mallory from WWTR sounds like a Mary Magdelene archetype of a "working woman" that is of worth despite the appearances. What sort of archetype would peg for Joan Jett? Rebel, Visionary, Instigator, Goddess?"
