I am not even sure where to start with this one. Madonna wore this concoction to tonight's Costume Institute Gala at the Met in NYC. The Louis Vuitton model stayed loyal to the fashion line and made sure that of all the outfits, she's wearing the one we'll be talking about tomorrow. She looks stupid! in recent years Madge has been more of a fashion-victim than a tren-setter I'm afraid... I don't care if it's from the catwalk or not, sometimes I think designers have a good laugh at the length some women would go for to look "fashionable"!

Come on guys. Madonna totally knows she looks beyond ridiculous and in fact probably out of this world compared to the other people that were there. Madonna clearly knows what she is doing and she is laughing at herself. After being in the business for 25 years she knows this is all for fun. Besides she probably wanted to one up Arthea's head gear at Obama's inauguration with this flash back scrunchy ensemble.

this gala isn't supposed to necessarily be about some hot outfit you'd see on the street in Anytown, USA. these pieces are straight from the runway. i love it *because* it's ridiculous.
