Mandy Moore and her man Ryan Adams got a little touchy out around LA yesterday. Back in March we reported the rumor that Mandy and Ryan were an item, but haven't heard much about it since. Now, the couple (sure?) was spotted out shopping at a comic store and vintage guitar shop. Adams recently chronicled his hair-bleaching experience via his now defunct blog, but I'm not sure it's his greatest look. Maybe his adorable lady friend can help him fix those locks before their next adventure.
