The Olsens Have Double the Fun

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen continued to promote Influence at a Borders autograph signing in Westwood yesterday. The girls looked like they were having a blast together as they laughed and each displayed the book with themselves on the cover, ignoring the PETA protesters outside. Ashley took a turn with the black YSL pumps as MK kept it funky with her cutout black boots. Both twins looked fabulous and put together out to greet their fans and promote their pretty book, which would make the perfect holiday gift for the fashion-loving women in your life.

I like them, but the notion of this book is pretentious to me, they are only 22, what have they achieved to render their influence as worthy of a book? Their fashion line is successful, but they are not ground breaking designers, they might not even be able to sketch their ideas

Also, until you know what it feels like to have your skin ripped off your body while you are still alive, or live in a cage where you can only step on hard wire, being peed and pooped on, and maybe be lucky enough to be anally electrocuted, instead of slammed against a wall or have your neck stepped on - then you are not entitled to wear fur.

They look very naughty:) cute but naughty! Well I don't think the clothes fit but at least they're making a statement about being a bit different, which is not a bad thing for young chicks.

I wouldn't read the book. But, um, why is PETA protesting them? They had a great movement until it became more like a bowel movement. sorry, I see PETA and think...what NOW!

I read that they had a sign up at borders before you got to the Olsens table- telling fans they werent allowed to take pictures or ask for photos ( camera phones as well ) ...as well as not asking them questions or basic greetings because they would not be speakin to fans? They basically just signed the books and nothing else... Has anyone else heard this? It seems a bit harsh.
