Orlando Bloom and his tiny scarf were spotted taking a walk through NYC yesterday. He was looking pretty cute in his sunglasses as he chatted away on his cell phone. Orlando's got a few upcoming projects on his plate including heading to North Carolina soon to film Main Street, but for now he's doing a great job of looking good during his down time.
