Paris Hilton is no stranger to dressing for court and yesterday she stepped confidently in to deal with a lawsuit in Miami. She is being sued for more than $8 million for allegedly not adequately promoting her DVD release Pledge This!. During a pretrial hearing she blamed missed calls from the producers on constantly changing cell phones, but that didn't keep her from having to appear yesterday. Things weren't settled after the afternoon, but at least we know Paris is comfortable stepping into court when she needs to.
