Patrick Dempsey joined his wife, Jillian, Sunday on the set of his latest commercial for L'Oreal in LA. Many of his commercials only air abroad, but here in the US there's plenty of Dempsey on the small screen with Grey's Anatomy. Things are evidently continuing to get complicated for his character on the show, which just officially lost Katherine Heigl but is gaining a guest star in Demi Lovato. Patrick's McDreamy and the remaining doctors at Seattle Grace are putting the finishing touches on a season that's leading up to a game-changing finale.
