What does draging your kids all over the world have to do with acting. Kate is far better? AJ is a unmarried mother that uses her charity to be famous. Her movies are all about sex and murder. If she tries anything else she is awful. She did make a good crazy person a long time ago.

What! WHERE'S SANDRA BULLOCK?! Hands DOWN people's favorite, a great actress and America's sweetheart. You should've replaced Jen Garner (famous for Ben/violet more than herself) and Penelope with Sandra and Meryl Streep. C'mon Popsugar! You're bias towards Jen Garner is TOO obvious.

And KS is a credible actor? HAHA. Kate Winslet and practically on the other female actors on this list are light years ahead of KS's acting. She doesn't seem grateful for her role and doesn't seem to care ever. And I don't see KS getting involved in anything charitable in 2009 whereas Reese made movies, actively participated in her Avon and breast cancer, Penelope got nods for Vicky Cristina and Nine, Kate got an Oscar and was fantastic in her roles, etc. And these females who didn't have as big of a year at least were mature mothers who didn't smoke weed or look high during their interviews and smiled. Think Beyonce, Kate, and Penelope had a great year, but going with Kate.

So sick of the Twilight craze, Couldn't get past page 2 without laughing, but I'm surprised she's not on the list. She and the rest of them are so overexposed it's borderline sickening. Any who, not sure about this, but isn't Penelope Cruz also of color? It doesn't just mean black people, but these women are typically the most talked about on popsugar so it's somewhat understandable who is on the list. Such a good list, and I get that Angelina has a ton of fans and is typically a fan favorite so no surprise she's in the lead. I wouldn't say she's accomplished as much this year as the other women, but she has a ton of fans here so it's no surprise. So hard to choose between Reese and Kate, but went with Kate because of her Oscar and her brilliant performances this year. These lists are always hard to make and biased and everyone has their opinions lol.

What a junk poll. Angelina winning for having six kids while single, taking their pictures non-stop. The kids are never in one place long enough for friends, school or anything else. She didn't even do a movie. Kate and Octomom manage to do the same thing and they actually can take their kids out all at once. Maybe they should be two and three. Sandra Bullock was by far better than AJ.
