Rebecca Romijn Keeps Workin' It

Rebecca Romijn stepped out yesterday, geared up for a workout session. While she's sticking to casual in sweats, she looks amazing after giving birth to her twin girls just a little over a month ago. Right now it might be hard to leave her babies for a few hours a day to get fit, but pretty soon she can combine exercise and mommy duty when she's running after her little ones all day.

Post-pregnancy celeb = trainer and nanny. No wonder normal post-pregnancy women feel so pressured to lose the weight!

She needs to come out and tell us how she got all that baby weight off in such a short amount of time!

I think she looks great post-partum! I think she's a normal weight now, though I'm sure many a casting director would disagree with me!

Ok - I hate that some actresses feel the need to get slim immediately after giving birth. But then again I remember some of my mom's friends who had a single baby or multiples and it seemed like a 50/50 split between the women who almost instantly with little or no effort returned to a pre-pregancy slim body and those that held on to the baby weight for longer or forever. My mom was one of those Angelina Jolie type chicks. Start fairly normal sized then have a baby end up skinnier afterward, then have another end up even skinner. Only after she had me last did was she able to maintain her body weight in a healthy range instead of being underweight.
