Reese, Ava & Deacon Make Ryan Nostalgic Before Christmases

Reese Witherspoon rolled up her jeans for grocery and magazine shopping with Deacon and Ava in LA on Sunday before heading to Barneys solo yesterday. With Jake away, the kids get mom all to themselves — a treat Jake's Atticus has also been enjoying. This trio always looks so sweet, and while Ryan will admit that he loved being married and still considers Reese a close friend, both of them seem perfectly happy in their current relationships. Ava is going to be taller than her soon. Nice to see them all hanging out. I think they've mastered the art of ignoring the paparazzi now. I guess that's the only thing you can do.

i think that it's nice that they are in a good place now - reese and ryan. we all knew that it wasn't the best time when they actually split and to see that they are able to get along and be supportive of each other - that's something that's really only going to be better for the kids in the long run. i hope that jake is back home soon, so we can see the happy couple together again. seeing those piggy back photos was a great thing for them, and it's been too long since we've seen that level of fun.

Reese is so neat and motherly...she reminds me of the other moms I work alongside at my kid's school and not some Hollywood, 'when I have the time' mother...that's an enduring quality...and she's an excellent actor. Well, worth the money!! Kudos Reese!
