I still think they're just good friends. They've done 2 movies together and 2 more to go....its not unusal to form a good friendship when spending that much time together.

I agree it could go either way however this is the first evidence I've seen that leans to them having "something". Kristen lives in LA and supposedly still has a boyfriend. Why on earth would she stay at The Charlie Hotel (which has like 14 romantic bungalows) with a co-star and not with her boyfriend or her parents. Stranger things have happened but one's mind does wander...If they are together good for them, if they're just the best of friends good for them too.

They are together - there's more pics at X17 and a video. It's sweet how Rob is hugging Kristen's mom. I think they have been together longer than we think because of how comfortable they are with each others parents. Have a feeling MA was there as a decoy for a while. They make an adorable couple!

One more thing. The bungalows at The Charlie house are NOT cheap.

it makes sense to not come out because coming out means bringing a whole new level of speculation to their lives. Instead of just "are they or aren't they?" they'll deal with "is he cheating, is she mad, are they fighting, are they married, is she pregnant, blah blah blah" Coming out brings a whole new level of scrutiny to their lives they dont' want. Look at Beyonce and Jay-Z, they got married and still wouldn't confirm they were together! There's very valid reasons never to publicly confirm you are together, so more power to them if they don't.

ohhh ewwwu..there pretty much is no doubt they are together, and I agree with the person who said they probably have been together for a long time. I just can't stand her...her crap acting, the fact that she is constantly stoned..ugh..Rob could do so much better.

i know that it's just speculation but this would be one of the BEST things ever i think. they really are well suited for each other. very alternative - both of them, and they DO have chemistry. isn't it because of her that he got the role - so i'm not surprised at all that they are kind of talked about together.

The Charlie Hotel is considered the new Chateau Marmont in terms of it's exclusivity and discretion with celeb guests. And it's romantic as heck, Robert knows how to win and dine a gal! Kristen deserves it too-she seems so cool and gorgeous without being high maintenance. I don't see Robert with a high maintenance chick at all.

The cast is like one big happy family. I don't see them as more then friends and I think the media is making this into something so that they have stories for their magazine etc.
Cameras follow them everywhere- why are these spies "spotting" them at dinners etc but no pictures to prove it. I heard it was the cast all together and it wasn't just Rob and Kristen. Just like they made a stink about Rob and Kristen traveling back to LA together from Italy when Ashley was with them too.
I don't think they are dumb enough to get that involved when they have 2 more movies to film.

@care0531. The only one staying at The Charlie house was Robert and well..Kristen. The dinner last night at Cecconi's was verifed by multiple sources including Lainey. There were 5 people at dinner, Rob, Kristen, his manager, his agent, and one of Robert's friends. They could just be friends, I agree but...for girl who LIVES in LA it's odd that she decides to stay in a romantic bungalow hotel with a co-star, especially if she's trying to stave off rumors. Occam's razor guys. They stayed together that night and Kristen's mom came to pick her up when Robert left for the airport.

i hope they're more than just friends.

One last thing. MTV blogs reports after Robert left Kristen skipped the limo line and ran 1/4 mile up the hill to the Curious George covered parking garage. Not 20 minutes later she is spotted at dinner with Robert and his mid-30's entourage. Seems to me Robert's SUV picked her up and they headed to dinner. Then yesterday morning all of a sudden she's getting picked up by her mother at Robert's hotel. Either Robert is the new Nikki or they're together.

Lainey is not reliable and there aren't reporters these days following them without a camera.
I still think he will come out of the closet before coming out with her.

it would be really nice if there was more to their friendship - but it is nice not knowing...

btw- Nikki Reed wasn't at the awards and neither was Kristen's boyfriend because they are both filming a documentary- just wanted to get that out there before someone makes a comment about him not being there with her.

They are together and in one video scene you see Kristen's mother hug Rob and even take some lint out of his hair, If that isnt familar I dont knwo what is. Even Kristen's grandfather was there to see Rob off so if that doesnt say together I dont know what does! expect wedding bells eventually for these two. They are deeply in love and have bene for a very long time.

If it's true that they are together, congrats to them. They are the two that feel the Twilight fame and scrutiny the most, and I am truly happy that they are such good friends, or lovers (whatever), so that they have each other to lean on.

Me, I think that they're probably together, but that's because I like to indulge my Twilight love with the related conspiracy theories. Who knows for sure? I won't be 100% positive until there's confirmation from their reps or themselves or they're seen kissing.

P.S. Those friggin' cameras seem to be right up in Rob's face! I can't imagine what that is like, having to walk through that many people yelling at you and taking your picture. Don't get mad at me, I do adore seeing these pictures so I know I shouldn't complain.

It's obvious that these two guys have a connection...romantic or non romantic but they have a strong connection.
I think Robert enjoys soooo much of Kristen's hesitant, uneasy and awkward moods- attitudes. Especially in public. It looks like her shyness and discomfort amuses him. He loves watching her like that...She is different from her peers. And she is kind of strange... in a good way )
Also it's the same thing with Kristen;
Robert's energy, cuteness, sense of humour amuses her.
The way he can say unexpected things in unexpected moments makes Kirsten blush...and deep down she enjoys the moment.
It's obvious that they are totally different characters, but I think that they love and enjoy those differences.
Plus, it would be really stupid to become public if they were really dating.
Even now,those two can not breath with all the attention ... Just imagine what would happen when they accept their romance.

Okay, after watching the awards and reading all the posts I thought for sure they were together. And after a long battle with myself I was finally okay with it. I'm not one of the teeny boppers that doesn't want to see Robert with a girlfriend or anything, I'm 24, but I just never thought they fit together. But I was finally convinced they were dating after reports said they were eating dinner together and staying in a hotel room alone. Then I saw these photos and once again I still think they are just friends because why would Kristen and Rob's parents be there the morning after their hook up? The woman with dark hair, I know, is Kristen's mom and the gray haired man is Rob's dad I think. I'm sure Rob's parents were in town for the awards and I know Kristen's family lives in LA but LA is huge and I bet they don't live downtown so I bet they stayed there as well. Why else would they wake up after a hot and steamy night and call their parents to come over? Also, I bet the other cast stayed there too. They always do this! They say it's just Rob and Kristen when really the whole gang is there. Like the first reports I read about their dinner actually said 'just the two of them' then later I read more reputable sources that said 'Rob, Kristen, Rob's manager, Rob's agent, and one of his friends.' Then I read the rumor that Kristen might be in Remember Me...Anyone else think that's too much????? I think we need to see Rob with another girl. We've seen him with a guy and Kristen. That's all. Sorry I just wrote a novella on this blog.

Jeez i cannot believe ppl are still doubting these two are a couple. They are never gonna eat the face off eachother in public unless they get caught out. They are SOOOOO on ! And increasingly adorable, glad Kristen's mom approves of Rob. Michael must have been very close to the family after so long so im happy they like Rob too.

Someone said they think it would be a nightmare for them if they admitted their relationship but I think the complete opposite. I think it would finally make people shut up about it. Without the speculation people would leave them alone. Why would anyone want pictures of them anymore if they knew they are together? The interest is in the fact that no one knows whats going on. I think most of this is Summit trying to make it a big deal and bring more hype to the movie. I read an article that said Kristen and Michael are actually still together but Kristen is pretending to be with Robert for publicity. Which is why we saw Michael in Vancouver one second all happy with Kristen, carrying her on his back and smiling, then all of a sudden we never saw him again. It's as if Summit, or their publicists or whoever controls them, abruptly ended their public relationship with a huge slap on the wrist or something saying this isn't good for our image. It's a stretch, I know, but it makes sense. Summit's biggest dream would be for Edward and Bella to be together in real life. It's like the ultimate fairy tale come true. But all I know is they are keeping it a secret on purpose, and I really don't think it's to deter people.
