Justin Chambers showed off his tattoos as he went for a swim with his wife Keisha on vacation in Hawaii yesterday. He's on a Summer break from filming Grey's Anatomy and he'll have one less cast member around when he returns to work next season. T.R. Knight is apparently off the show and possibly heading to Broadway. Katherine Heigl's fate is still up in the air, but Justin can enjoy his getaway with Alex's spot at Seattle Grace still secured.

it's nice to see him in these pictures when he's healthy. i think that the last time we saw him was when he checked into the hospital for 'exhaustion' or whatever he was going through. last season his character started to get more air time so we'll see what happens this time around.
