Will Smith Has Seven Pounds of Charitable Energy
Will Smith had his big smile ready to go for his fans at a benefit screening of Seven Pounds in Missouri last night. This was just one of the five places he'll show his movie for charity, and the next stop will be in Cleveland later today. Will kicked things off by donating turkeys in Miami, and he's already planning to keep giving back right through the holiday season. He said, "Our Christmas this year, our family is not doing internal giving. All external. So we're giving to others, so in Jada's name, I'll give to a charity or something like that. And that's almost bubbling from the kids. It's not like something that we have to say to them." Sounds like Will and Jada's kids already have their parents passion for giving while Will also gets to premiere his new project.

3Will is a gracious and gorgeous person. He just stopped by Open Doors Academy, in Cleveland, to hang out with our middle school students. He sat around and talked with them telling them stories about times he felt pressure to be someone he knew he wasn't deep down inside himself. One student asked if he ever got off track, ignored that deep down person he wanted to be. He shared that an early love, in high school, cheated on him and he was very hurt. He slowly started taking out his pain on others around him, especially women. He was not treating them with respect and kindness. He eventually realized he did not even like the person he was. And that is a sorry state to be in because you're always there. He made a decision to open up his heart again...and then he met Jada. A thoughtful and heartwarming story. He seems sincere and I wish him godspeed.

12What is with Will Smith. This man is damn near flawless in his work, personal life, and how he treats his fans. He seems like a great guy. He never looks down on anyone and he's not always out for money or publicity in the wrong way. You never hear anything negative about him, thank goodness. You gotta love Will Smith
Too bad other celebs can't be more like him.
