Tom Gets a Crash Course in Law From Friends at Harvard
Instead of performing stunts on the set of Wichita yesterday, Tom Cruse made a surprise appearance on the campus of Harvard University. The actor shocked an auditorium full of unsuspecting students by dropping into a lecture being given by his personal lawyer Bertram Fields. Cruise arrived to the two hour class fashionably late but earned extra credit points by staying an hour afterward to chat and snap a few photos with the crowd of students who gathered as the news spread around campus. Tom joked about playing a Harvard grad a few times in his career and interjected personal anecdotes throughout the lecture, joking around with his longtime lawyer and giving HLS students the celebrity sighting of a lifetime.

I don't care what the media says or does... I like Tom.
1Adria - i'm with you. i've always liked him and i think that people are always quick to make judgments when people go outside the norm for any reason. anyway, i think that it was really nice of tom to stop by the class and to spend so much time with the students. i would have loved to see that!

9I've ALWAYS been a big fan of Tom Cruise and think he's a very talented actor! Say what you will about his personal life, but he is always kind and gracious towards his fans. I think he's truly appreciative of his success and knows where his bread is buttered at. If only other actors would follow suit.
