Tom Cruise and Suri stopped by CBS studios in LA yesterday to watch Katie Holmes film her much-anticipated cameo for So You Think You Can Dance. She's been working for months to get in shape for her special appearance, and she polished off her look for the big performance with a brand new set of extensions — though she kept her hair shorter than the last time she sported a set. While you're not all enthusiastic about her appearance, it is supposed to air on July 8 for the show's 100th episode but may be pushed earlier since the news was leaked.

Um. I'd just like to say the So You Think You Can Dance displays better dancing than DWTS any day.. it's about true artistic talent.

So Katie only thinks she can dance... because she apparently isn't good enough for DWTS. If one looks at her bad posture though, it doesn't come as a big surprise that her months of dancing lessons haven't paid off. Seems Crazy Cruise's star is sinking if he can't buy his wife a spot on the top show and she has to go for second best.

I'm not trying to start a pregnancy rumor but, she looks like she has a little belly. Liiiiiittle. Maybe that's why they pushed it ahead? I'm sure she & Tom are a 1 kid kind of family & she is not preggers at all...but she does look like she could be very early along. I like her hair longer. She looks much younger & more age appropriate. I always forget she is younger than me!

She looks younger because her hair isnt styled in the "mom-haircut" she usually wears. It's longer and sleek. I agree, she looks much better with it longer (but not too long, like her other extensions before). Suri's hair looks ratty.

This is the first picture of Katie I've seen in a long time where she actually looks young and kind of cute. I can't really put my finger on what it is though.

Katie is doing this because she likes to have some fun. not everything has to be serious acting. anyway, i read she'll film a new movie written by Guillermo del Toro. he is amazing. can't wait to see it. i loved pan's labyrinth!!!
