The rumor of Sienna Miller and Balthazar Getty's affair spread weeks ago, but nothing seals the deal like seeing their topless lovefest in Positano, Italy. Over the weekend photos of their (again topless) boat trip hit the internet and now here's even more of the duo who are very clearly an item. While it's still hard to swallow — guess he wasn't headed to Italy to save his marriage? — the latest on the couple softens the blow just the tiniest amount. Apparently Balthazar quietly split with his wife some time ago and only took up with Sienna three months ago, though the new couple have been living together in LA for at least one. Still doesn't make it easy to see Sienna carrying on with the father of four who seems not too worried about his still wife and family, but do you think this changes Sienna's reputation as a home wrecker?

to be honest, as much as she seems to run from one man to another, I can completely understand her dating a still-married man as long as they're separated. My mom and step dad have been separated for nearly four years- they don't even live together and want nothing to do with each other. They are still married though, because they can't agree on filing for divorce. Just because people are still married doesn't mean they are still in a relationship.

sienna miller is not only a homewrecker. she's a liar. the marriage has been FAR from over. Balt and Rosetta hosted a gargantuan charity benefit together in january and their marriage was 100 percent in tact and has been until the day Rosetta found out about the affair. If the marriage had been over for a year, then why did he deny that he was with Sienna on July 2? God- ridiculous. Evene if their marriage was over, is there really any need to shove in it your wife and childs face? Low rent and not classy. Very bad taste. I never liked her (just some of the items from her clothing line.. or should I say her sister's line since sienna just put her face on it.) How could someone hook-up with a guy just a few months after he "splits" up with his wife? (if that story is even true, which I doubt. I bet those two "knew" eachother before that.) As for him, well I am disappointed. Severe mid-life crisis? Whatever. If things weren't going well in the marriage, you get a divorce(if therapy didn't work.) You do not split up and take off to Italy with some blonde. I'll still watch Brother's and Sisters however that is because I love the other characters.
