Victoria Beckham helped David out of their car yesterday evening as they got ready to fly out of Finland. David arrived in the country for a special team of surgeons to operate on the Achilles tendon he tore during a game with AC Milan on Sunday. David took to his website again to update his fans, writing that, "The operation was a success and I'd like to thank Dr. Orava and all the medical staff who looked after me during my time in Finland. I'm feeling positive and now concentrating on getting back to full fitness over the coming months."
