I simply couldn't turn down the chance to try LarkCreekSteak's reputable steak burgers. Pictured here is the Cowboy: bacon, cheddar, barbecue sauce, an frizzled onions. I wasn't footing the bill, but I'd gladly fork over $16 to have it again. It was dribble-down-your-chin juicy, and the fried onions were the perfect textural contrast.
